Join us in 2026 on Bayfield's waterfront and enjoy a seasonal retail position in a fast-paced souvenir shop. We're located directly on the shore of Lake Superior between the Bayfield City Dock and the Madeline Island Ferry Dock.
Employment is flexible and can start mid-April and end mid-October or anywhere in between! Teachers, students and others who are only available in the summer (June, July, August) should apply. If you have a day job and want to supplement your income you should apply. We're open 8am to 8pm in the busy summer months!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Come aboard for a retail opportunity in our nautical & lighthouse themed souvenir shop on Bayfield’s waterfront. We’re hiring enthusiastic, friendly individuals who will help create a positive shopping experience by offering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day retail operations.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately
• Maintain merchandise displays and restock shelves as needed
• Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments and organizing stock
• Provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Part-time and full-time positions are available in our fun and dynamic work environment, and our summer schedule is flexible to accommodate personal plans. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected. Punctuality and attendance are an extremely important responsibility of all employees. Starting pay is $15 to $20 an hour with additional incentives and earned end of season bonus.
